These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and use of the TurningPoint Systems Partnership Program (“Program”), including Quarterly, Annual Partnership, and Founders Club subscriptions. Only current customers are eligible.

2. Subscription Term & Renewal
By enrolling in an Annual or Founders Club plan, you agree to a subscription contract for a fixed term (12 or 24 months, as selected). Your subscription will automatically renew for subsequent terms of the same length unless you cancel (see Section 5 below).

3. Pricing & Rate Changes

Your rate is locked for the initial contract term.

Upon renewal, your subscription will be billed at the then-current rate.

You’ll receive email notice of any rate changes at least 30 days before renewal.
4. Payment & Billing
Payments are due according to the frequency selected (quarterly, yearly, or biannually). Payments are processed securely. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

6. Service Changes
TurningPoint Systems may modify service features, access, or benefits with 30 days’ notice by email. Material changes affecting your subscription will be disclosed in advance.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TurningPoint Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the subscription period in question.
